Happy Monday!

It’s time to reframe those limiting beliefs you identified last week and I’m gonna be honest, it’s gonna take some work. But the good news is I’m sharing the process I’ve used with great success! Before we get started though, grab your notebook and spend the next 20 minutes laying the groundwork for having your best week ever.

🦋 Following the "Best Week Basics" is essential to having your best week ever. Use this time to really plan for the week ahead and think about what needs to happen for you to feel like you had a productive, fulfilling week.

  1. 🪞 Reflection: Reflect on last week. What went wrong? What went right? What can you celebrate? What can you try to do better this week? 

  2. Intention: Set your intentions for this week. What needs to happen to ensure you have the absolute best week ever? Take a few minutes to do a brain dump and organize your to-do list if you feel overwhelmed.

  3. 📆 Time block: Review your calendar and make sure you have time blocked off to complete your most important and urgent tasks.

Week of August 19, 2024: Page of Wands

The Suit of Wands is focused on energy.

The Page of Wands centers this energy around the birth of new ideas, inspiration,enthusiasm, and discovery. This card also refers to someone who has a free spirit and limitless potential. It can indicate that you are feeling energetic, cheerful, and ready for an adventure. 

When the Page of Wands is pulled in a reading it shows that you are eager to embrace a new opportunity, begin a new project, or start out on a new journey.  You may be ready to give anything and everything a go! You literally have the “Let’s Gooooooo!!!!” attitude.

However, even though you have this fire in you and are excited about new possibilities to do something or create something, you may not yet have a solid plan or direction. While you long for a creative outlet and are ready to manifest your dreams, you are left feeling a little lost with how to bring this into a reality. If this resonates with you, then let’s take this a step further and pair this with last week’s reading. 

Last week’s card, “The Fool” reversed, warned about jumping in before being prepared. Looking at these cards together the central message is to once again, “think before you act” but don’t give up. There is potential for positive outcomes when you have a plan in place.  Know your obstacles and find a way to overcome them. 

If this resonates with you, then tap into all this positive energy and do not become easily distracted. Instead, stay focused on what you want to achieve.  A lack of self control or being unprepared can cause you to squander your opportunity. Harness this energy and find your inner courage! 

The Page of Wands can also just mean that you are experiencing a period of boredom or feel stagnant in your life. You may be yearning for the freedom to travel and explore. We will get caught up in the mundane routine of life. If this resonates with you, then do something exciting for yourself! Plan a trip, try a new hobby, shake up your life a bit. Life is short, so find a way to bring yourself excitement. Simply put, if you love it then do more of it. If you don’t, then stop putting energy into anything that doesn’t bring you happiness! 

🌙 August 19th is a Full Moon!!! This is also a super moon and a blue moon! This combination is rare, so take advantage of it!

Limiting Belief Blaster

Last week we talked about how your subconscious limiting beliefs could be sabotaging your financial success & I challenged you to uncover what those limiting beliefs might be so we could work through them.

What did you discover when you took a look at how your subconscious beliefs could be shaping your current reality? 

If you now have a list of limiting beliefs that are holding you back, that’s actually a great thing. 

Because now you can actually do something about it. 

Today I’m going to share with you a limiting belief blaster exercise that I learned from my manifestation coach – it has been an incredibly helpful tool for me and I want to share it with you.

This is a 10-step process that I encourage you to write down or print out because you’re gonna want to refer back to it. Here’s a Google Doc that I created if you want a printable/digital version.

  1. Acknowledge your limiting belief, or what you don’t believe 

  2. List all the feelings that come up when you think about this 

  3. List all the reasons why you feel that way. 

    1. Why isn’t it possible?

    2. Why do I feel triggered by this thought?

    3. What’s the reason behind why you feel like this? (your reasons, societies reasons, family reasons, Ego reasons, etc)

      1. These “reasons” are actually your BELIEFS 

  4. List out all of the benefits you gain from holding onto these beliefs lies

  5. List out all of the painful consequences and everything you’re missing out on by holding onto these lies. 

  6. Challenge these lies – put them under a microscope and poke holes at them until you can prove them wrong.

  7. What are the NEW beliefs that would reinforce the possibility of what you DO want.

  8. What evidence do you ALREADY have that can back up this new truth?

  9. How would the version of you who is already experiencing this new truth show up in the world?

  10. Anchor these new beliefs by embodying that version of yourself.
